Nikola Buković, Secretary General
Born in 1984, Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Political Science graduate from the University of Zagreb, in 2008. With the MMH since 2009, taking on several organizational roles: programme assistant, programme coordinator, project manager, mentor and associate. In May 2015 takes on the position of organizational coordinator/secretary general.

Focus of his professional interest revolves around public policy, with particular focus on issues of education, labour, employment and social inclusion. Also harbours interest for organizational theory and political economy. Likes spending his leisure time with people close to him, watching movies and series, spending time in (non hostile) natural environment, and unsuccessfully attempting to study foreign languages.

Marin Živković, Associate, Youth Rights Programme 
Born in 1987 in Zagreb. He had been very active since his early childhood and ever since his sports career fell apart he has been interested in political questions. He had entered the debate club and had an opinion about everything. That led him to volunteer for GONG and Green Action. He was also very active in Varšavska Street and in student movements. Today he is aYouth Rights Programme Manager in MMH. He graduated Political science in 2012. In his leisure time he likes to watch movies, play board games and to do sports. 
Monika Pažur, Youth Rights Programme Manager
Born in 1986 in Varaždin. Graduated pedagogy at the Faculty of Philosophy. At the moment she is attending postgraduated interdisciplinary study „Children's Rights“.  Started working in the Croatian Youth Network in 2011. Interested in the area of interculturalism, human rights and rights on education for all, especially marginalized groups. Finished Youth studies programme in the Croatian Youth Network in 2010. Advocates for introducing Education for Human Rights and Democratic Citizenship in schools. Other interests include dance, playing the piano, swimming, traveling...
Petra Pekica, Youth Policies Programme Manager
Born in 1986 in Pula, raised in small town called Pazin, where from her earliest days showed a tendency toward writing. She was editor of the highschool newspaper, after which she became a reporter of the local daily newspaper Glas Istre.  She studied journalism at the Faculty of Political Sciences  in Zagreb, and during her studies, she felt in love with radio journalism so she started to volunteer on Radio Student. During years she was active in many different CSOs, so in March 2012 she became a part of the MMH team, where she works on the project „Introducing the new era of human rights and democracy in Croatian schools“. She enjoys cooking, walking in nature and reading good books.
  Lidija Đukes, Chief Financial Officer 
Born in 1977 in Zagreb. Developed the notion of herself as a scientist / naturalist and so studied Chemistry at the Faculty of Science in Zagreb. Over the years developed her love for volunteering, community work, youth work and informal learning. Today, trainer and consultant for the nonprofit sector. Proud wife and mother who tries to maintain a balance between private and professional life. She likes hiking, cycling, running, swimming, and most of all to travel.

Tomislav Kevo, Associate, Youth Rights Programme

Born in 1989 in Vinkovci, Croatia. Since then he moved around a lot, but from 2000 onward he finally settled in Zagreb. Obtained a degree in political sciences at University of Zagreb and in European history at Central European University in Budapest. Through involvement in student protests in favor of state financed education, he developed a sense of what actually civic participation and activism means. Throughout period of studies, he was mostly concerned with the non-formal education through different student organizations. Has a special passion in life for movies, running and Arsenal FC.


Nikola Bajai, Financial Monitoring and Reporting Associate

Born in Split in 1989. MA in Policial Science (Faculty of Political Science, Zagreb) from 2014. He starts working at Croatian Youth Network as Associate at Youth Policies Programme from early 2015. From early student days, he shows interest for social activism and youth problems. Previously he volunteered at Student's Association of the Faculty of Political Science and Friends of the Earth Croatia. He was also on internship programme at GONG. He believes in change, that's why he was active in student movements and Varšavska street protests. He loves nice people, music (singing and going to a good metal concert among other things), his dog Ozzy, sea, to ride a bicycle and to get lost somewhere in the world.


Antonija Bračulj, Youth Work Programme Manager


Born in Split in 1989. She gained her masters degree in social pedagogy on Faculty of education and rehabilitation sciences in 2015. During the study, she volunteered in several goverment and nongovernment organization where she mostly worked with young people through mentor help and workshops. Currently she is working as youth work programme associate and she is hopeing that she will contribute in creating more humane and proactive society. In free time, she loves watching movies, listening music, reading and traveling.




Anica Tuškan, Administrative secretary


Born in 1969 in Zagreb, Anica is BA in business economics and finance. Financial and administrative work has always been her preferred professional pathway, allowing her to excel and enjoy this role in number of organizations she worked for in the course of her career. She very much enjoys teamwork, being willing to “jump in” for her colleagues in any way necessary. Anica is also a proud spouse, and even prouder mother of two sons, whose excellence in sports is a particular source of pride. She likes to cook and bake cakes, enjoys walks in the nature and likes to simply hang out with people close to her heart.
